MINUTES
JOINT MEETING OF THE FINANCE AND WASTE MANAGEMENT COMMITTEE'S
AUGUST 10, 1995
ST. CROIX COUNTY GOVERNMENT CENTER, HUDSON, WI
PRESENT: Finance Committee chairperson Don Brown and Waste Management chairperson Einar
Horne; Committee members Bob Boche, Bill Oemichen, John Bradley, Daryl Standafer,
Tim Filipiak and John Mortensen. Staff present included George Hayducsko, Greg
Timmerman, Rich Loney and Sue Nelson. Guests in attendance were Karen Bailey, Gary
Boley and Peter Herrell.
ABSENT: Tom O'Connell and Jack Dowd, excused.
Waste Management Chairperson Horne called the meeting to order at 1:35 p.m. A motion was made and
seconded to approve the agenda. Motion carried. A motion was made and seconded to go into closed
session pursuant to Wisconsin Statute 19.85(1)(g) to confer with counsel regarding the ARR bankruptcy.
Roll call vote - all yes, motion carried. A motion was made and seconded to reconvene into open session.
Motion carried.
A motion was made and seconded to adjourn the meeting at 2:59 p.m. Motion carried.
