Copies of this Traffic Safety Commission meeting schedule should be
mailed to your TSC members and alternates.Copies of this schedule
are being sent to the Wisconsin State Patrol and the agencies within
the Wisconsin Department of Transportation that have requested this
type of meeting schedule. If this meeting schedule does not meet
with your approval please bring this subject up at your next
scheduled meeting to discuss any changes you feel should be made.
Also enclosed you will find a Traffic Safety Commission roster
sheet that we are requesting that you fill out. The people who
you put on this list will be added to the official Office of
Transportation Safety mailing list. This list will be used to
include your members in the invitation list for the Annual Governor's
Transportation Safety Conference to be held in Stevens Point
June 14, 15, and 16th, at the Holiday Inn. This mailing list is
also going to be used for the monthly mailing list for the Wisconsin
Transportation Safety News scheduled to come out soon.
