PUBLIC HEARING
The St. Croix County Planning & Development Committee will be
conducting a public hearing on Monday, February 27, 1995 at the
Somerset Town Hall at 8:00 p.m. to consider the following
petitions:
1) Greg Boardman/Donna Satterlund to rezone a parcel of land from
Ag to Ag.-Residential. Location: The NW; of the NW; of
Section 13, T30N-R20W, Town of Somerset, St. Croix County,
Wisconsin.
2) Jeff Boardman/Donna Satterlund to rezone a parcel of land from
Ag to Ag.-Residential. Location: The SE', of the SE; of
Section 11, T30N-R19W & R20W, Town of Somerset, St. Croix
County, Wisconsin.
Information on these petitions may be obtained from the office of
the Zoning Administrator, Hudson, or George Sinclear, Somerset Town
Chairman.
