PUBLIC HEARING
The St. Croix County Planning & Development Committee will be
conducting a public hearing on Wednesday, May 24, 1995 at the St.
Joseph Town Hall at 8*00 p.m. to consider the following petitions:
1) Henry J. Lentz to rezone a parcel of land from Ag to
Commercial. Location: The NE; of the SE; of Section 22,
T30N-R20W, Town of St. Joseph, St. Croix County, Wisconsin.
2) John and Georgine Schottler to rezone a parcel of land from
Ag.-Residential to Ag. Location: The SW, of the SE', of
Section 22, T30N-R19W, Town of St. Joseph, St. Croix County,
Wisconsin,
3) John and Georgine Schottler/Mark and Ann Mitchell/Tom and Liz
Keller to rezone a parcel of land from Ag to Ag.-Residential.
Location: The SW; of the SW; of Section 22, T30N-R19W, Town
of St. Joseph, St. Croix County, Wisconsin, and the NW; of the
SW; of Section 34, T30N-R19W, Town of St. Joseph, St. Croix
County, Wisconsin.
