Reviewed procedure on conducting job interviews.
Dull made motion to go into closed session at 9:15 a.m. under
Wisconsin Statute 19.45. Seconded by Bethke. Roll call vote:

Bethke made motion to end closed session at 12:00 noon. Dull
seconded. Carried.
