MINUTES OF THE ST. CROIX COUNTY TRANSPORTATION COMMITTEE
Meeting of August 19, 2008
Chairman King called the meeting to order at 12:20 P.M. No quorum was available earlier in the
day.
Roll call was taken with King, Grant, Peterson, Rebholz and Demulling in attendance. Others
present included Tim Ramberg.
A motion was made and seconded (Rebholz/Demulling) to adopt the agenda as published. Motion
carried.
Roof Replacement Quotations: The Committee considered quotations for several options for
repair of the roof over the pick -up truck building. Additional information gathered since the last
meeting was reviewed. A motion was made (Peterson /Grant) to approve the Pole Barn Steel
option offered by Lindus Construction, Inc. of Baldwin, WI in the amount of $32,025.00 less the
removal of the existing roof for a total of $25,925.00; pending King and staff verifying and
inspecting the warranty, material type, and that it includes the entire roof area. Motion carried.
Adjournment: King adjourned at 12:55 P.M.
