ORDINANCE CREATING REVISED SUPERVISORY DISTRICT BOUNDARIES
BASED ON ELECTORS' PETITION AND REFERENDUM

St. Croix County, Wisconsin
The Board of Supervisors of St. Croix County, Wisconsin does ordain as follows:
Chapter 9 - Revised Supervisory District Boundaries - of the St. Croix County Code of
Ordinances is created as follows:
9.1 Purpose. On November 4, 2008 the electors of St. Croix County voted in a referendum
to reduce the number of County Board supervisors from 31 to 19. As a result of the
referendum, pursuant to Wisconsin Statutes §59.10(3)(cm)2., the County Board must
enact an ordinance creating supervisory districts in accordance with the referendum. The
new supervisory districts are effective for the April, 2010 election.
9.2 Districts. The 19 supervisory districts are described as follows:

1 City of Glenwood City Wards 1 & 2, Town of Glenwood Ward 1, Town of
Forest Ward 1, Town of Cylon Ward 1 & Village of Deer Park Ward 1
2 Town of Emerald Wards 1 & 2, Town of Erin Prairie Ward 1, Town of Stanton
Wards 1 & 2 & Town of Richmond Wards 2 & 3
3 Village of Star Prairie Ward 1 & Town of Star Prairie Wards 1, 2, 3, 4 & 5
4 Town of Somerset Wards 3, 4 & 5 & Village of Somerset Wards 1, 2 & 3
5 City of New Richmond Wards 1, 2, 7, 8, 9 & 10
6 City of New Richmond Wards 3, 4, 5, 6, 11, 12 & 13
