TR� LINTY,
RESOLUTION AMENDING 2021 BUDGET (3) ARPA PROJECTS
1 WHEREAS, the St. Croix County Board of Supervisors adopted the 2021 County
2 Budget on November 3, 2020; and

4 WHEREAS, St. Croix County has received $8,807,978.82 from the federal government
5 under American Rescue Plan Act(ARPA)to assist with Covid-19 recovery; and
6
7 WHEREAS, St. Croix County is expected to receive a like amount in May of 2022 under
8 the second tranche of the American Rescue Plan Act; and
9
10 WHEREAS, St. Croix County Committee of the Whole met on July 28, 2021 to review
11 project ideas and provide the County Administrator with guidance on where to incorporate
12 ARPA funds into the budget.

14 NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the St. Croix County Board of
15 Supervisors does authorize $1,115,000 in amendment number 3 of the 2021 County Budget to
16 the accounts below as the first phase of implementing ARPA projects.
