A line located in the SW '14 of the SE 14 of Section
18, T29N, RI 8W, Town of Warren, St. Croix
County, Wisconsin; said line being the west line of
Lot 1 of that Certified Survey Map recorded in
Volume 7, Page 1848 in the St. Croix County
Register of Deed, further described as follows:
Commencing at the S'4 comer of said Section 18:
thence N89°59'49"E 808.64' along the south line of
the southeast'.e of said Section 18 to the southwest
comer of said Lot 1, this being the point of
beginning; thence N15°16'39'E 1066.64' along the
west line of said Lot 1 to a found 1.3' outside
diameter iron pipe, this being the point of
termination of said west line.
