Bosler & Susan Brouillette PID-020-1103-80-000 Sanitary Permit 633991 This system was installed to accommodate a restroom for the barn, there is not a residence on the property. It was conservatively designed at 150gal/day DWF, with the drain field trench situated on a 10% slope. A single trench of EZ-Flow units was installed along the 96.26 contour at a depth of 29" (94.58 system elevation). The sidewalls of the Ez-Flows and 19" below the system elevation are in 0.6gal/sgft/day soils while the remainder of the 36" below the system elevation are 0.5gal/sqft/day soils. 1 have discussed the installation with the System designer and Soil tester Mary Jo Huppert Lic# 1859-007. In our professional opinion the 0.5 soils are not restrictive (DSPS 383.44(4)2c.) and the system should work as designed with a 0.6 loading rate. Factors considered were the shallowness of the system for evaporation and microbial action and the slope which provides lateral movement of the treated effluent downslope.
