Economic Support Specialist— HHS/Economic Support New full -time position Effective Date: May 1, 2010 Salary and fringe cost: $33,504 Reduction of temp budget $16,668 Total budget increase: $16,836 2. Medical Records Technician HHS /Administration New part-time .8 FTE position (elimination of Health Benefits Information Specialist Position) Effective Date: May 1, 2010 Salary and fringe cost: $18,930 Existing budget for HBIS $37,410 Total budget decrease: $18,480 3. Reproductive Health Program Assistant -- HHS/Public Health Increase part-time .8 FTE position to full -time (elimination of Health Benefits Information Specialist position) Effective Date: April 1, 2010 Salary and fringe cost: $4,608 Existing budget remaining HBIS $18,480 Total budget decrease: $13,872 4. RN— Health & Human Services Department/Nursing Home New part-time position (.75 FTE) Salary and fringe cost: $31,320 Funding source: Increased Revenue/Decreased Expenses 5. RN —Health & Human Services Department/Nursing Home New part-time position (.3 FTE) Salary and fringe cost: $15,660 Funding source: Increased Revenue/Decreased Expenses 6. LPN — Health & Human Services Department/Nursing Home New part-time position (.7 FTE) Salary and fringe cost: $33,616.80 Funding source: Increased Revenue/Decreased Expenses 7. LPN — Health & Human Services Department/Nursing Home New part-time position (.44 FTE) Salary and fringe cost: $21,610.80 Funding source: Increased Revenue/Decreased Expenses 8. C.N.A. —Health & Human Services Department/Nursing Home New part-time position (.75 FTE) Salary and fringe cost: $20,671.20 Funding source: Increased Revenue/Decreased Expenses 9. Emergency Management Coordinator — Emergency Support Services Department New full -time position Effective Date: Not earlier than May 1, 2010 Salary and fringe cost: $51,615.83 Existing budget for contract $48,998.16 Total budget increase: $2,617.67 14. Emergency Management Deputy Coordinator — Emergency Support Services Department New part-time position .5 FTE Effective Date: Not earlier than August 1, 2010 (Staff and Committee to determine need after Emergency Management Coordinator position filled) Salary and fringe cost: $13,612.28 15. Administrative Secretary Emergency Support Services Department Increase part-time .7 FTE position to full -time Effective Date: Not earlier than April 1, 2010 Salary and fringe cost: $11,708.87 16. Emergency Support Services Director — Emergency Support Services Department New full -time position (elimination of Emergency Communications Director position) Effective Date: April 1, 2010 Salary and fringe cost: $76,463.05 Existing budget for EC Director $74,037.83 Total budget increase: $2,425.22 THEREFORE, be it resolved by the St. Croix County Board of Supervisors that the positions listed above are approved.
