COUNTY BOARD MEETING AGENDA

St. Croix County, Wisconsin
WHEREAS, Article VIII, Section E. 2. lists under the Consent Agenda (item 3) Mileage and
Per Diem Report; and
WHEREAS, in most cases, payment for mileage and per diems has been made prior to the
County Board meeting; and
WHEREAS, the Administration Committee recommends removal of the Mileage and Per
Diem report from the County Board meeting agenda and recommends a report of mileage and
per diem payments be made a part of the annual budget process.
THEREFORE, be it resolved by the St. Croix County Board of Supervisors that the Mileage
and Per Diem report be removed from the County Board meeting agenda, that the Rules and
Bylaws be amended accordingly, and that a report of mileage and per diem payments be made a
part of the annual budget process.
