BOARD OPERATIONS POLICIES

St. Croix County, Wisconsin
WHEREAS, on September 7, 2010 the St. Croix County Board adopted Resolution No.
23(2010) implementing a Litigation Hold Policy; and
WHEREAS, it would be appropriate to add the Litigation Hold Policy to the St. Croix
County Board Operations Policies.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the St. Croix County Board of Supervisors
that the Litigation Hold Policy as attached to Resolution No. 23(2010), be added as section VII.
Litigation Hold Policy, to the Operations Policies.
