The St. Croix County Board of Supervisors does ordain as follows:
WHEREAS, Chapter 13 Land Division, St. Croix County Code of Ordinances, needs to be
updated to allow lots with or without structures to meet the setbacks of the St. Croix County
Zoning Ordinance, Chapter 17 and have consistent application for all property owners; and
WHEREAS, the proposed amendments to Chapter 13 were requested by several towns in St.
Croix County to allow greater use of existing lots while meeting existing setback standards; and
WHEREAS, to avoid conflicts with setbacks on future lots;
THEREFORE, Sections 13.10 and 13.2 of Chapter 13 of the St. Croix County Code of
Ordinances is hereby amended as shown in the attached document titled "AMENDMENTS TO
ST. CROIX COUNTY CODE OF ORDINANCES LAND USE AND DEVELOPMENT
CHAPTER 13 LAND DIVISION: Sections 13.10 and 13.2" dated March 13, 2007.
