The St. Croix County Board of Supervisors does ordain as follows:
WHEREAS, Minimum lot sizes identified in St. Croix County Code of Ordinances Land Use
and Development Chapter 17 Zoning Subchapter III Shoreland Zoning does not allow for
conservation design developments.
THEREFORE, Subchapter III, §17.27 of the St. Croix County Code of Ordinances is hereby
amended as shown below, effective September 1, 2006.
17.27 (1) (b) and (c).
(b) The minimum lot size for Conservation Design Development shall be one -half (' /�)
acre.
(bc) Side Yards There shall be a side yard for each main building. The minimum width
of one side yard shall be 10'. The minimum aggregate width of both side yards shall be
25'.
