WHEREAS, the Planning and Zoning Committee desires to place rezoning actions
(technical) zoning ordinance amendments on the County oard meeting agendas as a Consent

Agenda item; and
WHEREAS, the Administration Committee has reviewed this request and recommends
approval.
THEREFORE, be it resolved by the St. Croix County Board of Supervisors that the
County Board agenda item " Rezonings" be placed on all agendas as a Consent Agenda item;
FURTHER, be it resolved that the St. Croix County Board of Supervisors Rules and
Bylaws be amended by the County Clerk by adding under "Consent Agenda" the following:
4. Rezonings.
