ST. CROIX COUNTY LAND INFORMATION PLAN
RESOLUTION NO. 5 C
St. Croix County, Wisconsin
WHEREAS, Wisconsin Statutes secs. 16.967 and 59.72. established the Wisconsin Land
Information Program, authorized County Land Information Plans, and established local and state
funding for land records modernization; and
WHEREAS, Wisconsin Statutes sec. 59.72. requires that counties adopt a County Land
Information Plan to continue to be eligible to use the local funding or apply for state grants -in -aid;
and
WHEREAS, the St. Croix County Board of Supervisors, by Resolution #26(92) adopted an
initial County Land Information Plan which is required to be updated; and
WHEREAS, the County Planning and Zoning Department and County Land Information
Committee has updated the County Land Information Plan consistent with state standards; and
WHEREAS, the Wisconsin Department of Administration has approved the updated
County Land Information Plan.
THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the St. Croix County Board of Supervisors adopts
the St. Croix County Land Information Plan as presented by the Planning and Zoning Committee.
