SUPERVISORY DISTRICTS
RESOLUTION NO. I L4 CZ6tk
St. Croix County, Wisconsin
WHEREAS, the Board of Supervisors Rules and Bylaws Article II, Section B, reads:
"The Board of Supervisors shall be comprised of one supervisor from each of the 31
supervisory districts within the County.... "; and
WHEREAS, Wisconsin law now allows county boards to reduce, between censuses, the
number of districts; and
WHEREAS, Wisconsin law now allows citizens to petition to reduce, between censuses, the
number of districts; and
WHEREAS, the Administration Committee recommends that it study the feasibility of
reducing the number of districts by at least 10 and make a report at the August meeting of the board.
THEREFORE, be it resolved by the St. Croix County Board of Supervisors that the
Administration Committee shall study and report as set forth above.
