RESOLUTION APPROVING COLLECTIVE BARGAINING AGREEMENT BETWEEN THE
COUNTY AND THE HUMAN SERVICES NON - PROFESSIONAL UNION (AFSCME)
Resolution No. (2
St. Croix County, Wisconsin
WHEREAS, St. Croix County and the Human Services Non - Professional Union (AFSCME)
were unable to negotiate all terms of a collective bargaining agreement for 2006 -2007; and
WHEREAS, the State of Wisconsin utilizes mediation services to resolve all collective
bargaining impasses between county and county employees; and
WHEREAS, Mediator Bauman mediated terms of a collective bargaining agreement between the
two parties; and
WHEREAS, Wisconsin Statutes require that all collective bargaining agreements with county
employees be approved by the county board of supervisors in open session.
THEREFORE, be it resolved by the St. Croix County Board of Supervisors that the collective
bargaining agreement between St. Croix County and the Human Services Non - Professional
Union (AFSCME), including all tentative agreements, for the period of January 1, 2006 until
December 31, 2007 is hereby approved.
