AND ORDINANCES
RESOLUTION NO. � 3(26 6,c)
St. Croix County, Wisconsin
WHEREAS, Rules and Bylaws Article V, Section B. 11., provides that members of the
introducing committee shall endorse resolutions and ordinances introduced by that committee; and
WHEREAS, it is often not possible to obtain signatures prior to the County Board mailing; and
WHEREAS, the Administration Committee recommends each resolution and ordinance sent out
in the mailing prior to the County Board monthly meeting show how each supervisor voted; and
WHEREAS, the Administration Committee recommends Article V, Section B. 11. be amended as
follows:
11. Every written resolution and ordinance shall be
signed by the members of the introducing committee. The Chair of the introducing
committee is responsible for obtaining signatures on resolutions and ordinances. If
signatures cannot be obtained prior to a copy being mailed to Board members. the name
of each committee member and how each member voted shall be shown on the copy.
THEREFORE, be it resolved by the St. Croix County Board of Supervisors that the Board of
Supervisors Rules and Bylaws be amended as set forth above.
