BETWEEN ST. CROIX COUNTY AND THE TOWN OF ST. JOSEPH

St. Croix County, Wisconsin
WHEREAS, at a meeting of the Planning and Zoning Committee held on April 11, 2006,
the Town of St. Joseph presented a Town Road Inspection Agreement; and
WHEREAS, the Town of St. Joseph has adopted road standards as referenced in Section
13.8 B 1 e of the St. Croix County Land Division Ordinance; and
WHEREAS, the Town and the Planning and Zoning Committee wish to enter into an
agreement that will avoid unnecessary duplication of road inspections and fees contained in the
Town's subdivision ordinance and County Land Division Ordinance insofar as they pertain to road
construction; and
WHEREAS, the Planning and Zoning Committee has reviewed the proposed agreement
and recommends approval.
THEREFORE, be it resolved by the St. Croix County Board of Supervisors that the Town
Road Inspection Agreement between St. Croix County and the Town of St. Joseph set out in the
attachment is hereby approved.
FURTHER, be it resolved that the road design and construction standards and related fees
and financial assurances of the County Land Division Ordinance be suspended in the Town of St.
Joseph for as long as the agreement is in effect.
