HomeMy WebLinkAboutResolutions 2006 (36) RESOLUTION APPOINTING LOCAL HEALTH OFFICER RESOLUTION NO. 3(o LZ OC�) St. Croix County, Wisconsin WHEREAS, Barbara Nelson has resigned as the County Public Health Officer/Public Health Coordinator; and WHEREAS, in that position she served as the County's local health officer; and WHEREAS, Wisconsin Statutes § 251.06(4) directs that a local health officer be appointed by the chairperson of the county board of supervisors and confirmed by the county board of supervisors; and WHEREAS, Charlotte Sortedahl has been hired as the Public Health Officer/Public Health Coordinator and meets the requirements for a local health officer as defined in Wisconsin Statutes § 251.06. THEREFORE, be it resolved that the St. Croix County Board of Supervisors hereby confirms the appointment of Charlotte Sortedahl as the local health officer. Offered by the Health and Human Services Board on September 20, 2006.
