ADDITION TO WILLOW RIVER CEMETERY

St. Croix County, Wisconsin
WHEREAS, Cemetery plats require county board and town board approval under Wisconsin
Statutes sec. 157.07, unless the plat is located in a city of the 1st class; and
WHEREAS, the Willow River Cemetery Association has submitted plats for the Fourth Addition
to Willow River Cemetery and the Fifth Addition to Willow River Cemetery located in the City
of Hudson, a city of the 3 class; and
WHEREAS, The Planning and Zoning Department has reviewed the plats for conformance with
.Wisconsin Statutes sec. 157.07; and
WHEREAS, The Planning and Zoning Committee recommends approval.
THEREFORE, be it resolved by the St. Croix County Board of Supervisors that the plats of the
Fourth Addition to Willow River Cemetery and the Fifth Addition to Willow River Cemetery are
hereby approved.
