St. Croix County, Wisconsin
The St. Croix County Board of Supervisors does ordain as follows:
WHEREAS, On December 5, 2006, the Town of Hudson enacted an amendment to Section 105-
13 B, Industrial District, of its Zoning Ordinance and created subsection 14 automotive
maintenance and mechanical repair facility, excluding collision repair.
WHEREAS, Section 60.62(3), Wisconsin Statutes requires in counties having a county zoning
ordinance that no town zoning ordinance amendment is effective unless approved by the county
board; and
WHEREAS, St Croix County has a zoning ordinance; and
WHEREAS, the Planning and Zoning Committee has reviewed the proposed amendment and
recommends approval.
THEREFORE, be it resolved by the St. Croix County Board of Supervisors that the amendment
to the Town of Hudson Zoning Ordinance set out above is hereby approved.
