BETWEEN THE COUNTY AND THE LABOR ASSOCIATION OF WISCONSIN
(SHERIFF'S DEPARTMENT)

St. Croix County, Wisconsin
WHEREAS, St. Croix County and the Labor Association of Wisconsin, Local
108, have negotiated terms of a collective bargaining agreement for the years 2007 and
2008; and
WHEREAS, Wisconsin Statutes require that all collective bargaining agreements
with county employees must be approved by the County Board of Supervisors in open
session;
THEREFORE, be it resolved by the St. Croix County Board of Supervisors that
the collective bargaining agreement between St. Croix County and the Labor Association
of Wisconsin, Local 108, representing employees in the Sheriff's Department, for the
period from January 1, 2007 through December 31, 2008 is hereby approved.
