St. Croix County, Wisconsin
The St. Croix County Board of Supervisors does ordain as follows:
WHEREAS, in 2004 several county departments requested changes and additions to the Code of
Ordinances, Chapter 2, Records Retention Ordinance; and
WHEREAS, the Administration Committee approved the changes; and
WHEREAS, the amended Records Retention Ordinance was submitted to the State Public
Records and Forms Board on March 17, 2004 for its approval; and
WHEREAS, the State Public Records and Forms Board approved the County's amended
ordinance with some minor additional changes on June 9, 2004: and
WHEREAS, the County received official approval from the State in a letter received on January
13, 2005.
THEREFORE, the St. Croix County Board of Supervisors enacts the amendments shown on the
attached Chapter 2, Records Retention Ordinance, as amended and as approved by the State
Public Records and Forms Board. (Attachment with original ordinance only.)
