REPEAL OF CHAPTER 15 AND CREATION OF CHAPTER 12

The St. Croix County Board of Supervisors does ordain as follows:
WHEREAS, Chapter 15, Sanitary Code, has not been substantially revised since October 1, 1986
and needs to be updated to conform to current governing state statutes and administrative codes.
THEREFORE, Chapter 15, Sanitary Code, is hereby repealed and the attached "County Board
Draft" of Chapter 12, Sanitary Ordinance, dated March 2, 2005, is hereby enacted as Chapter 12,
Sanitary Ordinance, of the St. Croix County Code of Ordinances; and
Offered by the Planning and Zoning Committee on March 15, 2005.
