SURVEYOR'S CERTIFICATE:
I, Gregory J. Rich, Tamarac Land Surveying, LLC, a Professional Land
Surveyor in the State of Wisconsin, do hereby certify that pursuant to a
request from Steve Schreier, Property Manager of Tyme Properties, I have
surveyed and mapped the lands as shown on the attached map which is
a true and correct representation of the field survey conducted on May
1, 2020. 1 certify that all distances are correct, the monuments are in
place as shown on the map and the outside boundary lines are correctly
designated as shown on the map to the best of my knowledge,
information and belief. I certify that I have complied with the provisions
of Chapter A-E 7 of the Wisconsin Administrative Code. The purpose of
this Easement Exhibit is to graphically depict the proposed easements as
described above (on a previously filed Map of Survey) and is to be used
as an exhibit in any subsequent documents. No monuments were set.
