CALL TO ORDER — The meeting was called to order at 1:15pm
ROLL CALL — Present: Kjersti L.O. Duncan, Norma Vrieze. Absent: Peg Gagnon
APPROVAL OF MINUTES OF PREVIOUS MEETING — December 13 and 20,2007; Motion
by Norma. Seconded by Kj ersti. Approved.
ADOPTION OF AGENDA
DATE OF NEXT MEETING — Thursday, January 3, 2008
OLD AND NEW BUSINESS
1. Discussion regarding ADRC application
Kjersti and Norma reviewed draft of ADRC application, including: service area; accessibility and
cultural competency; governing board and organizational structure (to be further discussed in
detail).
2. Possible Agenda Items for next meetings
Discussion regarding timeline of ADRC application and implementation; discussion regarding
ADRC staffing.
ADJOURN — Motion made by Norma. Seconded by Kjersti. Meeting adjourned at 3:12pm.
