CALL TO ORDER — The meeting was called to order at 2:45pm
CALL TO ORDER
ROLL CALL — Present: Peg Gagnon, Kjersti L.O. Duncan, Norma Vrieze; Long -Term Support
Social Workers: Kelly Weber, Cia Westphal, Denise Gillen; Elderly Benefit Specialist Liza Gibson;
Community Services Coordinator Tracy Davis.
APPROVAL OF MINUTES OF PREVIOUS MEETING — Motion to approved by Norma;
seconded by Peg
ADOPTION OF AGENDA

OLD AND NEW BUSINESS
1. Discussion regarding planning activities in anticipation of application submission
Discussion regarding models currently being proposed by neighboring counties, including:
Chippewa, Dunn, Eau Claire, and Pierce. Motion made by Kjersti to invite Buck Rhyme,
DHFSBADR consultant to assist with decision making process and application; seconded by Peg.
Norma abstained. Motion passed.
2. Possible Agenda Items for next meetings
An invitation has been extended to Tammy Funk and Scott Guiter from HR to assist at revisiting
ADRC job descriptions.
ADJOURN — Motion to adjorn by Norma; seconded by Kjersti. The meeting ended at 5:00pm.
