Duncan; Excused: Norma Vrieze APPROVAL OF MINUTES OF PREVIOUS MEETING — n/a ADOPTION OF AGENDA DATE OF NEXT MEETING — Tuesday, September 4, 2007 OLD AND NEW BUSINESS 1. Introductions — The following appointments were made by the ad hoc committee: Kjersti L.O. Duncan, Chair; Norma Vrieze, Vice - Chair; Peg Gagnon, Secretary 2. Discuss potential stakeholders — County Staff = Department on Aging Director; Long Tenn Support Supervisor — Birth -3; Health & Human Services Director; Long Tenn Support Supervisor; Long -Term Support Social Workers (Elderly and PD/DD); Elderly Benefit Specialist; Department on Aging Community Services Coordinator; Behavioral Health/AODA Staff, Economic Support Staff; Public Health Staff; Veteran Service Officer; UW Extension Staff; Health & Human Services Fiscal Manager; Human Resources Staff; Corporation Counsel; County Administrator Consumer /Advocates: Council on Aging; Health & Human Services Board; Long -Term Support Committee; Medical Doctor; Local Discharge Planner; Center for Independent Living Representative; Developmental Disability Advocate 4.
