Members of the St. Croix County Council on Aging, Long -Term Support Committee, and Health &
Human Services Board will be attending a presentation on Long -Term Care Expansion presented by
Jim Hoegemeier, Executive Director of The ARC Wisconsin Disability Association on Long Term
Care Reform. This is not a regular committee meeting. Committee members will be in attendance to
obtain information that may be used in making future recommendations or decisions.
