Adoption of Agenda:
Burn made motion to adopt the agenda, seconded by Norton- Bauman. Carried.
Action on Previous Minutes:
Date of Next Meeting: March 6, 2007
Closed session pursuant to Wis. Stats. sec. 19.85(1)(c) to consider performance evaluation data of an employee
over which the Land & Water Conservation committee exercises responsibility; reconvening into open session.
Position to be reviewed: Director, Land & Water Conservation and Parks Department
Motion by Peavey, seconded by Burri to move into closed session. Roll call vote: All "Yes ". Carried unanimously.
Reconvene into Open Session for Purpose of Adjourning Meeting.
Motion by Raymond, seconded by Burri, to come out of Closed session. Carried.
Meeting adjourned at 10:45 a.m.
