PLANS: Aubart stated five facility plans were reviewed by the subcommittee on 02/24/2011. AT &T
Hudson, WI Bell Hudson, WI Bell Roberts, Wal -Mart New Richmond and Level 3 Communications
Roberts. Sailer explained each plan has a section for special facilities affected. Some existing plans
have these identified and others don't. As plans are updated special locations (schools, nursing homes,
day cares, assisted living, etc.) within the vulnerability zone will be identified on the plans. For
example, the New Richmond Wal -Mart plan did not have these facilities identified before and were
identified in this plan update. For now Emergency Communications mapping system was used to
identify the evacuation area for Wal -Mart - New Richmond facility. Coordinator Andersen explained
the electronic mapping used to identify the special locations. Once facilities are identified Emergency
Communication could use the mass notification system when the plans are used by responders. The
Planning subcommittee recommends approval. Motion by Ostness /Aubart to approve the five Plans
