Members of the St. Croix County Health and Human Services Board and the St. Croix County

Partner at Organizational Skills Associates (OSA). The Wisconsin Bureau of Aging and
Disability Resources has arranged with OSA to serve as consultants to Aging and Disability
Resource Center (ADRC) planning groups to promote effective planning and strengthen the
quality of ADRC applications. Mr. Rhyme has worked with both individual counties and
regional groups to help them prepare for ADRC implementation and operation. This is not a
regular meeting of either the Health and Human Services Board or the Long Term Support
Committee. Board and committee members will be in attendance to obtain information that may
be used in making future recommendations or decisions.
