THE NORTH HALF OF THE NORTHEAST QUARTER
OF THE SOUTHEAST QUARTER, OF SECTION 21,
TOWNSHIP 29 NORTH, RANGE 1S WEST, TOWN OF
SPRINGFIELD, ST. CROIX COUNTY,WISCONSIN.
DESCRIPTION
The north half of the Northeast quarter of the Southeast quarter, of
Section 21, Township 29 North, Range 15 West, Town of Springfield,
St. Croix County, Wisconsin, more particularly described as follows:
Beginning at the East quarter corner of said Section 21, thence
S00°2926"E, along the east line of said Southeast quarter, a distance
of 658.51 feet to the Southeast corner and south line of said north
half; thence S89°30'32"W, along said south line, a distance of 1309.51
feet to the Southwest corner and west line of said north half; thence
N00°23'47"W, along said west line, a distance of 657.37 feet to the
Northwest corner and north line of said north half; thence
N89°27'32"E, along said north line, a distance of 1308.43 feet to the
point of beginning. The described parcel contains 861,216 square
feet (19.771 acres).
