descriptions. This survey shows the boundary line obscurely, deflecting 51°15'00"
southwesterly, off of the monumented north line of Government Lot 3. The
descriptions of those '1977' Warranty Deeds from Hank (Document Numbers LANDOWNER
340120, 344154, 344155 and 343085) clearly, originate from these Wegerer
surveys. .
