Adm. Code each Private Onsite Wastewater Treatment System (POWTS) shall include information and procedures for maintaining the system within the parameters of Comm 83 and 84, and the conditions of approval by the department, agent, or governmental unit. The approved plans and permits for system are on file at the county zoning or health department. This management plan complies with Comm 83.54, Wis, Adm. Code, and the In- Ground Soil Absorption Component Manual for Private Onsite Wastewater Treatment Systems SBD- 10567-P (R.6/99).
