Proper maintenance consists of pumping out the septic tank every three years or sooner, if needed, by a licensed pumper. What you put into the system can affect the function of the septic tank as a treatment stage in the waste disposal system. Owner maintenance — responsibilities are specified in §Comm. 83.52(1) and in Chapter 12 - St. Croix County Sanitary Ordinance. The property owner agrees to submit to St. Croix County Planning & Zoning Department a certification form, signed by the owner and by a master plumber, journeyman plumber, restricted plumber or a licensed pumper verifying that ( I ) the on -site wastewater disposal system is in proper operating condition and /or (2) after inspection and pumping (if necessary), the septic tank is less than 1/3 full of sludge. t /we, the undersigned have read the above requirements and agree to maintain the private sewage disposal system with the standards set forth, herein, as set by the Department of Commerce and the Department of Natural Resources, State of Wisconsin. SUR YEYOR'S NOTES: 1) This survey is a division of that portion of the Southwest Quarter of the Northeast Quarter, Section 21, T31N -R18W, lying north of County Road C and excepting the parcel described in Volume 1188, page 570. Note that this parcel includes the vacated old County Highway C as described in Volume 541, p.292. An easement for access to other parcels exists over the old highway as shown on the face of this map. 2) County Highway C was changed in 1959 to its present location as described in Volume 360, page 222. We have used the deed, R/W plat [Project S1295(2)], and found monuments of the various surveys as shown on the face of the map to establish the Highway R/W. The monument shown at the westerly end on the north side of the highway is the southeast corner of Lot 1, CSM, V.4, p.934. 3) We have noted references on other surveys to an aluminum monument at the the Center of Section 21. This has not been used in the subdivision of the section in the previous surveys in the S W' /, -NE' /. and so we have also disregarded it for our work. I have noted the double corner at the West % Corner of the section, where an aluminum monument also has been disregarded. We used the l" iron pipe found for the West '/4 Corner according to the Monument Record Sheet for the current corner. 4) A 3/4" iron pipe monument was found S45 "53'W, 15.43' from the Northeast Comer of Lot 1. This monument lies on an old downed woven wire fence. A fence corner was found that lies S54 13.96' from the "40" corner and Point of Beginning of this map. The downed woven wire fence runs between the fence corner and the 3/4" pipe at approximately 8 to 10 feet south of the north line of this survey and continues to the east. We have noted that this does not fit the section breakdown that we have used nor does it fit with the monumented Center of Section discussed above. 5) In providing this boundary survey, no attempt has been made to obtain or show data concerning the existence, size, depth, condition, capacity, or location of any utility existing on this site or affecting this site, whether private, municipal or public owned. 6) No abstract of title, nor title commitment, or results of a title search were furnished to the surveyor. All documents of record reviewed are noted hereon. There may exist other documents of record that may affect this surveyed parcel. 7) The professional surveyor has made no investigation or independent search for easements of record, encumbrances, restrictive covenants, ownership title evidence, or any other facts that an accurate and current title search may disclose. 8) Subsurface and environmental conditions were not surveyed or examined or considered as part of this survey.
