The St. Croix County Nursing Home Review Committee met on May 14, 2007 at the St. Croix County Government
Center.

Krueger called the meeting to order at l:oo PM noting the meeting was properly and legally publicized.
NEXT MEETING The next St. Croix County Nursing Home Review Committee meeting is scheduled for Monday,
May 25, 2007 at 1:oo PM at the St. Croix County Government Center, Room 1281.
Consent Agenda: Motion by Standafer, seconded by Kretz to adopt the consent agenda. Carried unanimously.
Motion by Wentz, seconded by Malick to approve the minutes of 04/10/07. Carried unanimously.
CLOSED SESSION PER WISCONSIN STATUTE 19.85 (i) (E)- CONSIDERING NURSING HOME PROPOSAL(S)
FOR BARGAINING REASONS Motion A motion was introduced by Wentz, seconded by Standafer, that the
committee enter into closed session pursuant to Wisconsin Statutes sec. 19.85 (1)(e) to negotiate with Christian
Community Homes and Services, Inc. to address their proposal regarding the nursing home.

Dan Goodier, Beth Richter, Larri Broomfield, and Rob Heath left the meeting at 2:35 PM.
RECONVENE INTO OPEN SESSION PER WISCONSIN STATUTE 19.85 (2) — RETURN TO OPEN SESSION
Motion A motion was made by Malick, seconded by Wentz for the Board to reconvene in open session per Wisconsin
Statute 19.85 (
The Board reconvened in open session at 3:20 PM
Caflisch left the meeting at 3:20
Krueger adjourned the meeting.
