MAY 25, 2007
The St. Croix County Nursing Home Review Committee met on May 25, 2007 at the St. Croix County Government
Center.

Krueger called the meeting to order at 1:oo PM noting the meeting was properly and legally publicized.
NEXT MEETING An update status report via phone will be given by Brian Purtell at 2:00 PM at the June 7u
Finance Committee meeting.
Consent Agenda: Motion by Wentz, seconded by Jordan to adopt the consent agenda. Carried unanimously.
Motion by Malick, seconded by Jordan to approve the minutes of 05/14/07. Carried unanimously.
CLOSED SESSION PER WISCONSIN STATUTE 19.8s, (1) (E)- CONSIDERING NURSING HOME PROPOSALS)
FOR BARGAINING REASONS Motion A motion was introduced by Caflisch, seconded by Wentz, that the
committee enter into closed session pursuant to Wisconsin Statutes sec. 19.85 (1)(e) to negotiate with Christian
Community Homes and Services, Inc. to address their proposal regarding the nursing home.

Eight yes, motion passed.
The Board entered closed session at 1:04 PM.
Dan Goodier joined the meeting at 1:40 PM. Larri Broomfield and Rob Heath joined the meeting via phone at 1:40
PM. All left the meeting at 2:14 PM.
RECONVENE INTO OPEN SESSION PER WISCONSIN STATUTE i9.8s, (2) — RETURN TO OPEN SESSION
Motion A motion was made by Standafer, seconded by Wentz for the Board to reconvene in open session per
Wisconsin Statute 19.85 (2).
The Board reconvened in open session at 3:40 PM
Krueger adjourned the meeting.
