FEBRUARY 21, 2007
The St. Croix County Nursing Home Review Committee met on February 21, 2007 at the St. Croix County Health and
Human Services complex.
MEMBERS PRESENT: Stan Krueger, Chair
Gordon Awsumb
Tom Caflisch
Dr. Mike Kretz, via telephone conference
Clarence Malick
Esther Wentz
MEMBERS ABSENT: Don Jordan

Krueger called the meeting to order at >:oo PM noting the meeting was properly and legally publicized.
NEXT MEETING The next St. Croix County Nursing Home Review Committee meeting is scheduled for Tuesday,
March o6, 2007 at 1:oo PM at the St. Croix County Government Center.
Consent Agenda: Motion by Malick, seconded by Wentz to adopt the consent agenda and approve the minutes of
02/08/07. Carried unanimously.
CLOSED SESSION PER WISCONSIN STATUTE 1q 85 (t) (E) -TO REVIEW NURSING HOME PROPOSAL(S)
Motion A motion was introduced by Malick, seconded by Wentz, that Board enter into Closed session pursuant to
Wisconsin Statutes sec. ig.85 (1)(e) to review nursing home proposal(s).
