MARCH 6, 2007
The St. Croix County Nursing Home Review Committee met on March o6, 2007 at the St. Croix County Health and
Human Services complex.
MEMBERS PRESENT: Stan Krueger, Chair
Gordon Awsumb
Tom Caflisch
Don Jordan
Dr. Mike Kretz, via telephone conference
Clarence Malick
Daryl Standafer
Esther Wentz
MEMBERS ABSENT: None

Krueger called the meeting to order at 1:00 PM noting the meeting was properly and legally publicized.
NEXT MEETING The next St. Croix County Nursing Home Review Committee meeting is scheduled for Monday,
March 19, 2007 at i:oo PM at the St. Croix County Government Center.
Consent Agenda: Motion by Malick, seconded by Wentz to adopt the consent agenda and approve the minutes of
02/21/07. Carried unanimously.
CLOSED SESSION PER WISCONSIN STATUTE 19.85 (1) (E) -TO REVIEW NURSING HOME PROPOSAL(S)
Motion A motion was introduced by Wentz, seconded by Awsumb, that Board enter into Closed session pursuant to
Wisconsin Statutes sec. 19.85 (1)(e) to deliberate preliminary negotiations regarding nursing home proposal(s).

RECONVENE INTO OPEN SESSION PER WISCONSIN STATUTE 19.85 (2) — RETURN TO OPEN SESSION
Motion A motion was made by Malick for the Board to reconvene in open session per Wisconsin Statute 19.85 (2)•
Action was taken in closed session: A motion was made by Malick, seconded by Awsumb and unanimously adopted:
That the Committee approves paying half up to $1,250 for a market assessment.
I Krueger adjourned the meeting.
