NOTE: No new lots have been created with this survey, the purpose of this survey was to mark and define the northeasterly and south lines of Lot 2. NOTE: There were some variations between the measured distances between the found markers and the distances shown on the previous Certified Survey Map. The terrain is rather hilly and it is assumed that the vegetation was rather thick at the time the original Certified Survey Map was completed. This would have made for difficult measurements by conventional chaining methods.
