BACKGROUND INFORMATION
This ordinance approves two (2) new ATV/UTV routes.

ROUTE ORDINANCE
1 The County Board of Supervisors of the County of St. Croix does ordain as follows:

3 SECTION l: Section 79.06 of the St. Croix County Code of Ordinances is amended to read as
4 follows:

6 79.06 APPROVED ATV/UTV ROUTES

8 The following routes are approved for ATV/UTV operation on St. Croix County Trunk Highways:

10 (A) CTHS,from 280`/' Street to 290th Street in the Town of Glenwood; a distance of 1.0
11 mile.

13 (B) CTH C,from 90`h Street to 93Yd Street in the Town of Star Prairie; a distance of
14 0.02 miles.

16 (C) CTHH,from 100`h Street to 100`h Street in the Town of Star Prairie; a distance of
17 0.01 miles.

19 (D) CTH I,from 50th Street to 60th Street, in the Town of Somerset; a distance of 1.0
20 mile.

22 (E) CTH NN,from 50" Avenue to 601h Avenue in the Town of Cady; a distance of
23 1.0 mile.

25 (F) CTH CC,from 210`h Avenue to Goose Lake Road in the Town of Star Prairie; a
26 distance of 0.81 miles.

28 (G) CTHK,from 170th Street (west) to 170th Street (east) in the Town offrin Prairie

34 SECTION 2: This Ordinance shall be effective upon passage and publication as required by law
