The meeting was convened by Supervisor Standafer
ROLL CALL
Present: Standafer, Leonard, King
Absent: None
Others: Whiting, Hillstead
ADOPTION OF AGENDA
The agenda was adopted as presented.
DATE OF NEXT MEETING: None scheduled.
APPROVAL OF MINUTES OF PREVIOUS MEETING: None
OLD AND NEW BUSINESS:
1. Election of Officers
a. Chair
Motion by King, second by Leonard to nominate Standafer for Chair. No further nominations
were made. Motion passed unanimously.
b. Vice Chair
Motion by Leonard, second by Standafer, to nominate King for Vice Chair. No further
nominations were made. Motion passed unanimously.
c. Secretary
Motion by King, second by Standafer, to nominate Leonard for Secretary. No further nominations
were made. Motion passed unanimously.
2. Closed session per Wis. Stats. sec. 19.85 (1)(e) for the purpose of reviewing labor negotiations strategy.
Motion by Leonard, second by King to go into closed session, passed unanimously. The Committee went into
closed session at 8:44 a.m.
Reconvene into open session.
The Committee reconvened into open session at 9:46 a.m.
3. 2007 Budget — Non - Represented Wages
The Committee reviewed non - represented employee wages for the prospective 2007 budget. Motion by
King, second by Leonard to recommend to the Finance Committee a budget increase in wages of 2 %.
Motion passed unanimously.
ADJOURN
There being no further business to come before the Committee, the meeting was adjourned at 9:47
a.m.
