Meeting called to order by Chair Jacobson at 8:35.
MEMBERS PRESENT: Art Jacobson, Tom Caflisch, and Don Jordan. Absent and excused:
Cindy Leonard and Jan Zoerb
OTHERS PRESENT: Buck Malick, Administrative Coordinator Chuck Whiting, Corporation
Counsel Greg Timmerman and Cindy Campbell.
ADOPTION OF AGENDA: Motion by Jordan, 2 nd by Caflisch to adopt the agenda. Carried
unanimously.
DATE OF NEXT MEETING: April 12, 2006.
1. Resolution for Committee and Administration Reorganization — Restructuring
Personnel Committee and Reorganizing Human Resources Department Functions within
Administration Suite. Resolution was passed at a previous meeting. Resolution was circulated
for committee signatures.
