Present: Lois Burri, Gene Ruetz, Lee Milligan, Mary Lestrud, and Mike Perkl,
University of Wisconsin- Extension Western District Director.
Burri moved to adopt printed agenda. Ruetz seconded. Motion carried.
Burri moved to go into closed session pursuant to Wisconsin Statutes section 19.85(1)
(c) to conduct interviews of two applicants for the position of Family Living Agent in the
UW- Extension department. Ruetz seconded. Roll call vote: Burri, yes, Ruetz, yes.
Burri moved to reconvene into open session. Ruetz seconded. Roll call vote: Burri, yes,
Ruetz, yes.
Ruetz moved to offer Joan Sprain the position of Family Living Agent in the UW-
Extension department. Burri seconded. Motion carried.
Ruetz moved to offer Barbara Haynes the position of Family Living Agent in the UW-
Extension department should Joan Sprain decline the offer. Burri seconded. Motion
carried.
Ruetz moved to adjourn. Burri seconded. Motion carried.
