Slats. • Inspection of the private sewage system installation is required. Arrangements for inspection shall be made with the designated county official in accordance with the provisions of See. 145.20(2)(d), Wis. Stats. • Comm 83.52(3) The activities relating to evaluation and monitoring POWTS components after the initial installation of the POWTS in accordance with an approved management plan shall be conducted by a person who holds a registration issued by the department as a registered POWTS maintainer. • Comm 83.22(7) - A cop approved plans, specifications and this letter shall be on -site during construction and open to infection by authorized representatives of the Department, which may include local inspectors. Owner Responsibilities: • The current owner, and each subsequent owner, shall receive a copy of this letter including instructions relating to proper use and maintenance of the system.
