Wisconsin Statutes sec. 19.85 (1)(e) at 8:30 a.m. for the purpose of conducting interviews
with persons proposing to provide emergency management services under a contract for
services. Reconvene in open session.

CALL TO ORDER — Chairman Mehls called the meeting to order at 9:oo a.m. in the
Room 1281 of the Government Center in Hudson. The Chairman noted the meeting
had been properly noticed.
ROLL CALL — Mehls, Jacobson, Struemke, Grant, Malick
Also in attendance: Whiting
ADOPTION OF AGENDA: Motion by Jacobson, second by Grant to adopt the
agenda as presented. All in favor.
ACTION ON PREVIOUS MINUTES: None.
OLD AND NEW BUSINESS:
1. Interviews for the Emergency Management Contract for Services -- Closed
session pursuant to Wisconsin Statutes sec. 19.85 (1)(e) for the purpose of .
conducting interviews with persons proposing to provide emergency
management services under a contract for services.
Motion by Malick, second by Jacobson to move into closed session. Approved
unanimously. The Committee moved into closed session at 9:02 a.m.
The Committee reconvened into open session at 12:01 P.M.
ADJOURNMENT: There being no further business, the meeting was adjourned at
12:02 P.M.
